How do I find my right size?

Let's say you usually wear a size 'M', then you should go ahead and get your Jitters also in the size 'M' if you want the oversized feel to it. In case you're not too big on the oversized concept, go a size lower.

What are the care instructions on the tees?

So glad you asked! Wash cold, tumble dry, do not bleach, turn the t-shirt inside out and use a cool iron. Additionally, do whisper 'I love you' to the T-Shirt whenever possible.

Where all do you deliver and what is the cost of delivery?

At this moment we deliver Pan-India. Unfortunately, not internationally (yet). We don't charge any delivery fee. That's on us.

How long do deliveries take and how can I track my order?

We usually ship around 3-5 days of your order getting placed and you'll receive your order in no less than a week from that. We'll be sending you a tracking link so you can stalk your parcel with utmost focus.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept card and UPI payments. Cash on Delivery is however not accepted.

The product I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We're starting off with a small drop to test the waters. We'll be re-stocking soon if something that caught your eye went out of stock.

I've received the product. However it's damaged/wrong/incomplete. What do I do?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since we work with small quantities, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please do refer to our size chart which comes with every product page. However, if you receive a damage product, reach out to us at care4jitters@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order for us to help you out.

My transaction has failed and the amount has been deducted from my account. What do I do?
