Hello! It’s me, Aritro. I’m the founder of Jitters. I’m firstly just very flattered that you’re interested enough to be on this page. Secondly, I’ve always wanted to make my own clothes. So to be able to do this and share it with you, feels high-key special.

I’ve been an anxious person for as long as I can remember, and it does take a bit to put yourself out there. Naturally, the jitters kicked in when I considered doing this seriously. But just embracing those jitters and making things for the joy of it, really helped me. Hence the name.

I’m really fond of clothes and have always found it to be such a lovely way to express oneself. With Jitters, my whole goal with the clothes was to make things I’d always want to wear. I like drawings which are kinda weird, phrases which sound a bit silly. Seeing all these things translate into these clothes that people can actually wear has been a very rewarding experience.

There’s been a childlike excitement that this brand has given me, and having it as my creative outlet as well as sharing things through Jitters is a little mission I’ve volunteered for. Hopefully the future has a lot of cool things in store for us. I’m just super glad to have found a really nice patron like you. I do promise to work extra hard and create things which bring a little bit of joy into your wardrobe. Maybe eventually things outside of your wardrobe too? All in due time.

But in the mean time, I’d just like to give a shoutout to you. For finding this website worthy enough to visit and shop from. The internet really has turned into an overwhelming dimension of its own. It feels kinda impossible to stand out from the clutter, I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t want to. All I want is to make things that make me happy. Maybe through the powers of optimism, the universe will make things work.
